Disabled Adaptions for Solihull Independent Living

As part of our framework with Solihull Community Housing we are commissioned on a project by project basis to provide architectural services on various types of disabled adaptation projects. This varies from year to year, but is normally about 8-10 projects per year.
The projects typically consists of alterations to form a bedroom and wetroom facilities at ground floor level for residents who can no longer use the facilities at first floor. In the majority of cases this is through converting garages into internal spaces, but in some cases requires a new extension to be constructed to the property due to limited available space.
