This feasibility study looked to provide façade and environmental improvements to part and area of this neighbourhood that had suffered from neglect and anti-social behaviour.
Two different concepts were developed for the client to look at different costing models. One with more bias on façade improvements and one looking at the environmental improvements that could be made in the spaces around the building.
Fully costed options were provided to the client to enable funding bids to be made to implement the scheme.
