T.A.D. were commissioned to undertake an option appraisal and feasibility study of an existing CAMHS Unit to address issues of mixed sex accommodation and the need for a Section 136 Facility for the area.
The proposed solution included a new extension to the building providing a distinct S136 facility with independent entrances and security. Works within the facility restructured the sleeping accommodation to ensure segregation of Male and Female bedrooms and sanitary facilities.
