The scheme started out as a simple reinstatement following a small fire, however, various issues on a project of this type typically require negotiation with the loss adjudicator, such as the extent of damage and the need to comply with current legislative guidance in respect of the reinstatement either of which can lead to differing interpretations of betterment.
Following a change in protocols the storage facility was no longer required and the designs were amended to house an IT support team.
