The project provides a needed expansion to an inpatient ward through a number of extensions to allow for the formation of an Enhanced Care Suite within the existing building. The extensions providing for the dislodged accommodation. The project has also been expanded to address some Building Services maintenance works across the Ward.
T.A.D. has been appointed from the outset of the project to develop the scheme through all RIBA Stages, including administration of the contract on site. The appointment through the NHS SBS Framework includes the provision of a full multi-disciplinary team utilising our local supply chain.
