Another development, promoted and managed entirely for ourselves, comprising of three brick and stone built four bedroom town houses on a former Wesleyan Reform Church site, arranged in a short terrace with detached garages, additional designated off road car parking and private landscaped gardens with patio areas. In addition there is a shared area backing onto landscaped open parkland at the rear of the development. Various dedication stones and other features from the original church building were handed back to the Trustees for use at their new site down the road.
Spacious living accommodation is provided over 3 levels with innovative use of space in order to maximise the developments potential, and all have level access from the street, whilst retaining much the same external character as the surrounding Victorian housing. Living rooms are located at first floor and therefore benefit from an uninterrupted view over the parkland to the rear.
The roof structure is designed to incorporate a curved ceiling detail, which adds character to the second floor bedrooms, and reduces the overall height of the development in relation to the existing adjacent buildings. The houses have been well received by their occupants, and the feedback we have received had been very positive.
