This project sought to re-develop a brownfield site into a high quality residential development for market sale.
The development, in the Sheffield suburb of Woodseats, provided a mix of 6 three bedroom townhouses with private access road, offstreet parking and private gardens, alongside a development of apartments to the rear of the site comprising a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, with private parking, private balconies and amenity space.
The development maximised the potential of the site by addressing the change in level front to back, the quiet street frontage and the views across Sheffield to the rear above the tree line.
