The project was a two storey extension to an existing dwelling to provide separate accommodation, linked to the dwelling for the client's son. The ground floor included a double garage, conservatory to rear and access to the second storey. The second storey was an open plan living, sleeping and kitchen area with separate en-suite shower room.
