This scheme was for alterations and refurbishment to the existing Adult & Social Care Day Centre facility for Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe.
Initially appointed by Kier Marriott as part of the Design & Build Team, the scheme was struggling to evolve with an undefined brief and a budget that had already been exceeded. We initially produced a revised brief, with full Room Data Sheets and Room Layouts to achieve an agreed brief that met the budget restrictions.
Detailed design of the alterations and refurbishment led to the successful delivery of this scheme that involved a signficant amount of upgrading to the existing CLASP building.
