The redundant Youth Centre facilities were altered and adapted to provide community based facilities for PCT services - Podiatry, OT, Baby Clinics, which operate in conjunction with the adjoining Children's Centre, and facilities which occupy the remainder of the building are operated by the local Centre for Sport & Learning.
T.A.D. were commissioned to provide a full multi-disicplinary team, including architectural services, project management mechanical and electrical design, structural engineer services and CDM Coordinator Service for the full project lifecycle from Statement of Need, Outline Business Case, Full Business Case, Design Stages, Construction and Handover.
T.A.D. worked closely with the dual client organisations and Nottinghamshire County Council who were concurrently renovating and adjacent part of the building for a Children's Centre.
