Following on from our work with Kier in 2013, we are working again with Kier and the University to survey and develop the scheme for 2014.
The works involved the refurbishment of 5 blocks of student accommodation, incorporating approximately 334 bedrooms, ensuites, 57 communal kitchens and ancilliary accommodation.
T.A.D. undertook survey work to assist in establishing the scope of works for the refurbishment, prior to producing a descriptive schedule of works and specification.
T.A.D also prepared concept and then detailed kitchen layouts, including loose furniture in lounge areas and assisted in the preparation of a specification for refurbishment and repairs to the external envelope of the blocks.
