Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a ‘not for profit’ consortium set up to generate cashable and non-cashable efficiencies for its membership through collaboration, aggregated volumes, quality products and high level of service delivery. The company is owned by the membership and strategically driven by a Board comprising of seven directors and three co-optees.
Working on behalf of its members, EEM procures a wide range of products and services, developing frameworks for its members to use instantly without the need for lengthy internal procurement methods.
EEM also shares its members commitment to local communities and economies it serves and as a not for profit organisation, EEM also ensures its surplus is reinvested back into these communities, through a community grant scheme. We hand back thousands of pounds to our members, helping EEM to have an even wider impact in the communities we serve.
