Architects have always had a tremendous scope and ability to affect peoples' lives whether through masterplanning or an iconic building, or the very personal design of your home. However today this has an added dimension in the form (shape) of the environmental context, and our mission statement reflects our efforts, however large or small, to make the world we all live in a better place, and through sustainable design, to ensure it lasts.

We strongly believe that a building must work practically, deliver for our clients a place where they can work, live or play efficiently. We are not image driven architects with pre-conceived ideas for projects, we work together with our clients to deliver buildings that yes, work practice

Project Management

Acting as Lead Consultant in traditional procurement routes T.A.D. have always delivered project management duties for our Clients. Changing procurement and legislation has now developed this into a distinct services, with dedicated, specialist Project Managers.

T.A.D. have experience in this area on a wide variety of projects and procurement routes that includes partnering collaborative working and most forms of contract such as JCT and NEC.

Should cost advice be required we have a number of specialist consultants who we work with regularly that can either provide this service directly or as part of our service

Building Surveying

As a natural extension to our architectural service and through our experience team of people we are able to offer a Building Surveying service to our clients that covers a wide range of projects, such as;

Condition surveys; Right to Buy property drawings Environmental improvements; Maintenance programmes; Disabled adaptation works; Home Dialysis installations;The scope of these services includes;

Surveys and investigations Detailed Working Drawings Schedules of Work Building Regulation Submissions Contract Administration Contract Documentation Site Inspections.

Multi-disciplinary Team

T.A.D. have always offered our clients the opportunity to appoint us to provide the entire design team. We have developed relationships with a number of regional SMEs, whose values and goals are aligned with our own and each of whom is specialists in their own field.

We are able to offer a full multidisciplinary team utilising sub-consultants who have a track record of working with T.A.D. giving the client the benefit of a collaborative and cohesive team that is used to working together and has established processes and procedures in place.

The appointment of this team can be on your own terms and conditions or utilising one of the many OJEU compliant frameworks we are part of.
